Is nova impossible to get ahold of for anyone else??? I know theyve sent quite a bit of rejections out but i havent heard anything since my secondary app. I keep calling and the receptionist puts me through to whoever is supposed to be reviewing my app. I guess they do it by alphabetical order somehow cause she always asks the letter of my last name, yet shes never there.

Whenever I needed to get ahold of Nova I used e-mail. They would usually respond within 24 hours.
