It's about a 70% chance of acceptance(roughly) after being invited for an interview. so you all have a pretty good chance if you get that all important interview.drlexygoat said:Interviewed and accepted at NSU last year. I had a hard time turning it down because I was sooooo impressed with it.
The campus is BEAUTIFUL.
Everythign is brand new.
Nice faculty that is getting more into research.
Good restaurants near by (this is important for me... 🙂
Tech-savy campus
Good board scores and match lists
A note on the interview day.... Best Western is fine. It's got a nice pool and is right across the street from NSU. It's a long day, so be prepared to have the stamina. The interview itself is group-format. It's a panel of 3-5 faculty/docs who interview 1 student for 15-30 minutes. They read your file extensively, so be prepared to answer things in your app.
if you've gotten an interview, you have anexcellent shot at getting in, esp this early in the game. I forget the admission stats, but they're pretty high from what I recall.
Best of luck!
