Nuclear Med LoR for DR residency?

Will be getting LoR from a NM attending and was going to plan to use this as my only "Radiology" letter. Would this be fine or should I work on obtaining a separate DR Letter

residency in DR then NM fellowship, but only currently does NM work (honestly not sure if they maintained DR requirements as they literally only do NM). They are tenured at my institution

So they are a radiologist. Don't overthink it. They might be out of the call pool but I fail to see why that would matter for a LOR.
