Nursing Against the Odds ... any RN's reading it?

I've just started reading Suzan Gordon's Nursing Against the Odds and I'm impressed by the amount of information she has gathered, especially as she is a non-clinicial.

I'm wondering if anyone else has read this book, or is reading it, and what your thoughts are.

I think it's an important book for newly-minted clinicians to read, in hopes of bettering the current health care environment, one relationship at a time.

I read it and think EVERYBODY in healthcare should read it for the insight she provides.
