Hey guys,

Has anyone ever taken the class named above (or any class with variance in name). I'm pondering if such class might be useful for mcat prep I've taken biochem already but this class does sound appealing. Fyi I already have my degree and all mandated pre-reqs.

Description of course

Health & Nutrition science 342
Nutritional Chemistry: biochemistry of carbohydrates, lipids, proteins, inorganic salts, enzymes, vitamins, hormones. Bioenergetics and oxidation reactions. Pathways of intermediary metabolism.

Pre-reqs: Human nutrition and either organic chem for allied health professionsals or Orgo I
