Hi! Does anyone know the call schedule for NYP, NYU, and Northwell (Or any other major NYC programs). Sinai call is intense. Montefiore doesnt have call.

NYU
5 weeks of phone/remote weeknight call (Mon-Fri) covering CL patients and NYU ED 5pm-8am. If ED consult warrants an eval and the parents are okay with it, they are transferred to Bellevue CCPEP. Sounds intense but I don't get called at all most nights and if I get a consult, the patient is usually transferred. There are cases where either parents refuse or the CCPEP is on diversion; in those cases, you see the patient over telehealth.
CCPEP call is currently ~16 shifts per fellow. Shifts are one of three: Sat 8a-8p, Sat 8p-Sun 8a, and Sun 8a-8p. The hospital is in the process of hiring someone to cover the Sat overnight shift. Fellows will likely have less total number of shifts and no overnight call at all starting sometime in the fall.
No call 2nd year.
