How is it that NYCOM sends supplementary apps b/w Nov-May, but accepts students "prior to November 15"?? Are these students exceptionally qualified?

Hmmm...never heard of that. I am interested to see what the answer is.

They send a brief 1-page supplemental form with the interview invitation. You fill it out and bring it with you to the interview.

this doesnt really answer my question... but thank you anyways! Maybe the really early acceptances get their supp in Nov 1st with interview, for example, so by Nov. 15th they get accepted? That's rather quick.
