Hello,
I didn't think I was competitive enough, I thought I would not get any interviews, so I applied to 5 colleges, and got 4 interviews. Than I applied to 4 more colleges and got interviews from them as well. But since I didn't apply in time, I have to wait till august for the 2013 cycle.
My question is should I go ahead and go to NYCPM for January program, so I do not have to wait around till august for classes to start. 😕😕

Thank you in advance for the responses. I really appreciate any info you might have!

I would only do it if you are going absolutely stir crazy in your current situation and NYCPM is your top choice. Don't go to NYCPM just because they let you start earlier. Nothing against NYCPM, I would say the same thing to any program who offered a 4.5 yr program.

I had a year between college and pod school and would do it again. My wife and I had time to work, save enough money away to put a down payment on a house (whenever that day comes), and spend time with friends/family before we left it all.

The Jan program doesn't allow you to graduate any sooner. The only advantage seems to be a lighter course load in your 1st year and maybe part of the 2nd...don't know how worth it that is. I know there are current NY students who didn't do the program and seem to be doing great, but it's your call.
