Hey guys,

Does anyone know what the differences are between the two locations? Do they offer different clinical rotation, better facilities, better research opportunities?

Thanks!

I’d post in the school specific thread. They have a great amount of info in there.

For starters, the Long Island School is well established and would be a good place to go.

The Arkansas school has yet to graduate a class, and is not a good place to go yet.

Agree with above. I heard more negative things about the arkansas branch than that of the main campus.

Would you mind explaining what you have heard? Are they just disorganized because it is the first few years, or does the education severely lack?

thanks!

Actually, the Arkansas campus graduated their inaugural class this year with a 95% placement rate. They only graduated 97 students out of their class size of 115 (which probably actually started at about ~123 students meaning ~78.8% 4-year graduation rate). Their match data had 72% going primary care (36% FM). They also announced on their match day videos that students also matched specialties like Gas, Ophtho, Ortho, derm, IR, neurology, and a fair number EM. Otherwise I completely agree that the NY campus is a better option.
