NYMC interview rescheduling possible?

My interview for NYMC is in late late Jan. I want to call in to check if spots open up, but they say explicitly that they don't want people rescheduling. Do you guys know if they seriously mean this?

I'm afraid a Jan interview is too late in the game...

Hi,

I interviewed there and had to reschedule because of a change at work. I would suggest calling them as soon as possible. They were nice about it and fixed it the same day I called.

It's worth a shot.

I hear that they are booked up through January.. you can try though.

The guy I talked to was a little rude when I tried to reschedule.. But I wanted an earlier date... Oh well

My interview was in January and I got in. Don't worry about when you interview, focus on the interview itself.
