Quick question- Did anyone not stay with a student host and find a decent hotel to stay at that is not too expensive? Everywhere seems really overpriced so far. I was hoping maybe someone who's been there got a good deal and could pass it along.

I stayed in the Hampton inn the night before and took a cab the next day. It ran around 100 USD total, including cab fare.

Thanks for the reponse, I'll check that out.

As a followup, do you guys think its plausible to just do a three hour commute the day of the interview (Have to be there by 8 ish). I don't want too spend much money, since I live so close by, but at the same time, I want to be fresh and ready for the interview.
