I've been reading this thread and I hope everyone in here gets in. I didn't apply this year or last year, but I hope to go to NYMC when I apply next cycle... so good luck!!!!! I'm rooting for all of you!:luck:🙂:luck:🙂:luck:
 
93 members on facebook group... 94 members in the class before us... ugh.. the class is prob almost full....
 
well... we can assume that a lot more people signed up for nymc facebook group for the class of 2011.
 
So I called the admissions office today and asked if the class had already been filled, which it hasn't. then I asked that if it fills before july 30, will we wait listers be notified. the sec said we will. then i asked if this happened last year, and she said yes.

does anyone know when the class filled by last year???
 
thanks for the call. my premed advisor told me that poeple did get in late in the season. so i guess we can wait.
 
nymc said class is full.. but people still drop..UGH!!!
 
yeah I called too and the guy said the same thing.

At least you have your health? Damn, another year as an applicant...I just can't.
 
I haven't even submitted my AMCAS yet for 2008. maybe there is a chance someone might drop and one of us might get lucky...??
 
there is always is chance. it's just small. i'm hoping to get in somewhere too.
 
did anyone ever receive the rejection letter after being on the waitlist?
