From what I understood, there are 3 different places residents/fellows can live with different pricing scales near NYP WCMC. They are still expensive, (hey, it's the UES), but cost less than it would to find an equivalent apartment in the area supposedly. Didn't hear anything about that controversy regarding the month-to-month leases. Not sure what other info you were looking for.

Thanks. I was interested in the location since I did an on-line search and it seemed like the buildings were all located on Roosevelt island. Glad to hear they may be closer to the hospital. Dunno what the Roosevelt island building are about?

The housing is not on Roosevelt island. It's on E 70th and York ave. There's a newer building on 1st ave.
