hey bufer, i just moved into rubin (which is actually ok and has a great roof patio overlooking the east river for bbq's and parties) a few weeks ago to start some research over the summer. there are about 20 of us here from the class and everyone seems pretty cool. there are summer happy hours every friday at neighborhood bars, so if youre in the area and want to hang out, let me know and i can pass along the emails. see you soon.
