I got tufts interview the day before too...So tickets r gonna b insanely expensive.

I just got back tonight and two of us stayed at hotel 17 in singles. Rooms are $99 which is cheap. It is shared bathroom with tiny rooms (you get a sink in your room) but the staff was nice enough and everything, including the bathrooms, was clean. It is like a 5 block walk to the 11 story building that is the NYU dental school.

Is there any need to worry about not having a bathroom in the morning to get ready?

I think if you get up at 6:30 then no. That'll give you time to get breakfast at a diner and head to the school too. Even though the paper says 8:00 one girl that got there early had her interview at 7:00 so arriving early appears to be ok.

Just got to NY today for my interview at NYU tomorrow. I am staying with a friend at Columbia, I wish I would have heard from Columbia prior to coming out of here. Ohh well. I will post the feedback on how it goes. Now I just need to get from Columbia to NYU in the morning.

either risk that A train to times square and then take something green downtown(i think) or get in a cab.

hotel - one night $115 (10 minute walking distance)

depart - nov 19
return - nov 21
