Hello,

I just finished my finals today and apparently, I MAY have to take remediation courses for basic tissues and dental anatomy. Has anyone ever taken remediation courses at NYU and how was the experience?

1 exam in the summer for remediation, if you fail it you repeat the year. I've never had to, but people do fail and get held back for the year. im d4

Would like to add - if you fail remediation, there is a chance that you will be dismissed. It depends on how you are in other classes. But it's either dismissal or repeating the year.

I know someone who was dismissed after failing a remediation exam.
