I'm not sure what to make of my letter. It was mailed on Feb. 15 but I got it this morning. It says I am still under consideration and they were writing because it has been a while since my interview. It did not say when I would hear about a decision. Did anyone else get this weird letter? What does it mean? Well, at least it's better than a rejection or wait list.

Has anyone actually gotten an acceptance from the mailing on Friday. The info that NYU gives us says the bulk of "decisions" are mailed on Feb 15 -- that does not imply acceptances. I have a feeling that they already sent out their acceptance letters before yesterday.

but in that case wouldn't have people posted their acceptances here already. I think they really did send all decisions (good/bad) yesterday. also do they send acceptances ups (anyone who got in january would know i guess).
