NYU vs UCSF vs Temple

Loved all 3 schools and definitely having a hard time picking. I am not sure whether I want to specialize in the future and out of the 3, temple is definitely cheaper (100k less compared to NYU). I know temple offers great clinical experience but seems like it is lacking in the research department, probably making it harder specialize if I choose to do so in the future. NYU and UCSF seem to having much more opportunities in research. Any thoughts? Would it be best to choose the cheapest school considering I'm not sure whether I want to specialize?

What's the price difference between UCSF and temple?

OOS cost of attendance for temple and UCSF is about same. The difference will be in cost of living. An estimate of 25k price difference.
