NYU waiting list

Hi,

I had my NYU interview in March and I am on the waiting list. I would like to know if someone with the same situation, heard anything from NYU. The NYU people mentioned that do not call their office to enquire abt the status since that will only delay their decision making process. So I can't call and ask them abt the status.

hi mekha,i was accepted in nyu in march end,but withdrew my acceptance around 2 weeks back,hope that helps. but i'm surprised that they told u not to call them anymore,i think u have the right to know if there r any changes,i guess they just want u to sit back and wait,but don't worry as far as nyu goes,a lot of people drop out...i'm sure you'll get in....all the best.....

hey guys, i too am waiting for the bench.i send in my scores. Is it true that they r gonna let us know when will each of us get a chance in the next 4 years?
well , i got the news that , in the exam in november there r 3 days for the exam. And as USC has a larger capacity there will be 250 students on each day.
I hope this is true.plzzzzzzzzzzz let me know guys

Hope you folks get admitted to NYU soon. Recently, we are starting to see some candidates withdrawing from NYU because they have been accepted elsewhere (Boston, UOP, etc). I hope you folks get those vacated seats.

Hopefully you will hear very soon from NYU. I have heard that last year, NYU called candidates right up-to the last minute -- last week of July & first week of August.

Good luck and keep your chin up during this excruciatingly painful wait!

Has anybody from the NYU waiting list been accepted? And what is the procedure for those candidates who havent been accepted from the waiting list? Do they have to reapply for the next year? Someone who has gone through the experience please guide..

Hope we hear from NYU soon...Now that the classes have begun they must know by now how many student are joining n how many are withdrawing.It would save all of us who are waiting if they gave some info when we call them up....
