i just got a very short e-mail from nyu saying they received everything i need for my secondary app... anyone else?

I am in the same boat, except they said they were waiting on my MCAT scores. I am guessing they meant August scores, as they should've received the April scores with my initial application.

Anyone took August MCAT, and can verify this?

Similar story: the dean of admissions sent me a handwritten letter saying that he loved me and thought my application was exactly what they had been waiting for, but after that no word.

I havn't received any completion notification from them yet, and I sent everything in about a month ago. So I called them today, and they were extremely rude, telling me not to call them back and that they would e-mail me when my application was complete. What should I do here? I think they've probably lost something from my application but they're too arrogant to even check on my app. Should I e-mail the dean?
