Quick question...for all the people at NYUCD...how much do you guys really use the Palm Pilot. I am wondering whether or not using my Palm m515 or spending more cash for either a Treo 650 or Palm TX...


does anyone know if we really need to have the latest Palm Pilot?

well it depends....some people use it in the first year for class schedules....others use it as an mp3 player and such....other people use it for games and all....it depends on you. As far as using it for school stuff....you don't really use it at all in the first year...except for one particular class.

Once you hit clinic though it becomes a very useful tool I would imagine.

I would recommend getting one, but go with the lowest model available. You'll be given Epocrates to get more familiar with. I believe we used it two particular times throughout the first year. Now it is one of the best alarm clocks in my room.
