guys do you have any info about new york university? i applied in august and got nothing yet, do they take time to review applications?

i think that they will wait to the end of their death line, which i believe is somewhere next year - may or june, and then they will start sendind invitation. but i`m not so sure about this...

last year they started sending invitations way b4 their deadline..so i dont think the will wait till the deadline to send invitations....
just relax.....call them regularly to try and find out ur application status.....or just ask them a general question regarding when will the interview session start....if u have applied early u will get an idea when to expect an interview letter.....
also i have heard that nyu was relatively slow (last year) in sending out invitations as compared to other schools...

I got an email from NYU that said they have recieved my application and it is complete and is being reviewd and that they will start calling for interviews in january so ure gonna have to wait a while like me! i sent my application in mid august and got an email about a week and a half later

Hi,
I sent in my application early august.Got an e mail from them confirming that they recieved my application,and that i was being considered...blah blah blah.
Mailed them again after a couple of days asking when they start interviewing.Got a reply saying they were not decided yet,but it could be oct-nov ish.Every time i try calling,i always get their answering machine!

today i recieved a letter confirmed that my application for NYU is complete. this is strange becouse i sent my application at the middle of july, and they reply me in the middle of september. guys, how many months did you wait to recieve that kind of letters ?
