For someone reason I having some trouble ranking this can anyone explain?

Rank the following by decreasing basicity:

I'm spitballing here. From what I recall (Chad's videos) a (-) charge on a carbon means it's extremely basic. So 1 would be the most basic. For 2 vs 3, I'm thinking 3 would be a stronger base; periodic trend goes up and to the left.

Therefore,

1,3,2, where 2 is the least basic.

Yes thats the correct answer. I was having trouble between 1 and 3 because 1 is less electronegative but i thought that the double bond would make it more acidic then 3. If it was a alkyne then would it be more acidic?

What rekker said- if it was an alkyne it'd probably be the same answer

you could also memorize a small pka table [ which includes these] and then you can see the average pkas would be 1=44......2=17......3=35
