OB clinic visits

Hi, I'm not exactly sure what I should be doing at each of the OB clinic visits during the 1st, 2nd and 3rd tms--ie, I know basically what labs I should check but not what to do as far as physical exam and history taking, when to do US, vag exams, etc and things to ask the patient in each tm--any help?

ACOG has guidelines for this. In my residency program, we had a sheet that was put on the counter on OB clinic day listing the gestational age and the accompanying routine tests. You may want to compile a sheet like this for your reference.
