I must say I am shocked! For me it was mostly obese ghetto women who didn't bathe on a regular basis! After OB/Gyn I could confidently say that I've never been more fully committed to being a homosexual

Damn you, I just remembered one:

I was on the L&D floor with my attending and we went to go check on one of our patients. Pretty cute chick, very nice, etc. However, in the middle of checking dilation she asked the attending if he thought she would be recovered in time to start her junior year in 2 weeks. ... junior year of HIGH SCHOOL!

Of course I'm a heterosexual female so it's not like I got anything out of it, except for maybe coming to the decision that when I have a daughter I'm going to keep her locked in her bedroom until she's 18...

Wow...creepy. I'm never letting a medical student do my pelvic exam.

I actually had a PCP who would offer to give me a pelvic exam every time I came in no matter what. Once I had an abscess in my left axilla and he wanted to do a pelvic exam. Come on man!

I wouldn't go so far as to say "future sex offender," but definitely "future defendant in a medical malpractice suit" and "future medical license suspension".

OB with occasional pregnant teenagers was bad enough, but adolescent medicine is basically a constant stream of teenagers with all sorts of STDs and "am I pregnant?" Truly depressing.

However, your comments remind me of one chief resident in my gyn clinic. His desk faced the door of our work room, positioning him for an unrestricted view as patients were led to exam rooms. If there happened to be an attractive, young woman, he would insist on chaperoning me for that encounter.
