Hello everyone,

I am planning on applying next cycle but wanted to ask this for future reference. I graduated from college this year and will be leaving the US for 2 years, during which time I plan on applying to dental school. From my understanding, when the application opens, I will have to print out a transcript matching form and make sure that my registrar mails that form with my official transcript. However, since I won't be in the country, is there any other way for me to go about this process? Would it work if I obtain my official transcript before leaving the country, download the form when the application opens, and mail them out together?

I have a couple of transcripts from schools where I wasn't able to go to their registrar in person to give them the form. I printed it out, filled it out, then scanned and emailed it to those registrar offices asking them to please attach this with my official transcripts when they send them. Both schools didn't have any problems doing so.

Also sometimes when you order your transcripts online there is a place to upload documents that you want sent along with your transcripts. Not all schools have this option, but you could be lucky enough.

Got it! Thank you 🙂
