During non working excursive movements, the permanent maxilary first molar's mesiolingual cusp escapes through:

The lingual groove of the mandibular first molar
The mesiobuccal grove of the mandibular first moral
The buccal groove of the mandibular second molar
The distobucal grooove of the mandibular first mlar


Answer is The distobuccal groove of the mandibulr first molar

There's not much you can do except memorize. Sit down with the study book and a good dentoform, and work through each movement until you know them by heart.
