I wanted to ask why you wanted to swap out of occupational medicine?

Was it because of the residency program or because something about occupation medicine itself you didn't like.

The reason I ask is that I am currently working in urgent care and getting a little burned out and was thinking of doing an occupational medicine residency if things don't work out in urgent care as I thought it would be less stressful as I already got burned out on primary care which is why I want urgent care.
