Hi everyone,

This may seem like a very silly question but I am finishing up my personal statement and I am not sure I should capitalize every time I reference occupational therapy and the word therapist. I have seen it done both ways. Any ideas?

Thanks

David

Occupational therapy is not a proper noun so no caps needed. I would just say OT after spelling it out the first time. Have someone review your PS before submitting.

Hi David!

Honestly as I wrote out my personal statement I had the same thought running through my head. In the end, I opted not to capitalize.
