This^^^^. Very few schools actually issue decisions this early, and most of those schools only issue a few As, mostly because they still have a ton of apps to review. There is no magic to 10/5 for WLs or Rs -- under the guidelines they could be released at any time, so no, mass rejections will not be going out tomorrow. They will continue to go out on whatever schedule the school chooses.

Many schools will wait list; some will never, ever tell you of your fate.

You are rejected until you get that Accept email in your Inbox. Hope for the best, but prepare for the worst.
