I was looking at my transcript from a school I attended and I took General Chemistry there twice, once getting an F and the next time an A. But on my transcript, I see it twice with both grades listed. Will AACOMAS strictly use the higher, more recent grade?
This just seems odd because I am also working a straight GPA calc without DO retakes and I am not sure if I should count each attempt at one school or just the most recent. I know that my college only calculates the most recent attempt but not sure how it would be done by say an MD school or post-bacc program. I am guessing if it is at the same school, they only take the most recent attempt into account, not all of them.
Thanks!
