# Of LORs to Submit for Fellowship

On most program information pages, they have "3". Is that a minimum or hard cap? Would it be frowned upon to submit 4 to every program and decrease the number of interviews I get?

Same answer as 2 years ago during the residency application process:

Just submit 4. 3 is the minimum.
