I'm in an interesting predicament. I will be officially done with my P4 rotations in end of September and will not be able to take the NAPLEX/Law till January. The reason given to me was that the graduate office will not be able to send the certification to the state board till normal graduation time in December. So, I was wondering what should I do sep-dec?
My original plan was to get done with school in May and sign with a hospital for a 7on7off position and work PRN for cvs/wal in the 7 days that i was free (2-3 days here and there)
So my question with the new situation....can I sign with retail in PRN status in october and start working with them as a rph-in-training till december? Meanwhile I can take the boards in late december and start working for a hospital in January and work PRN with retail...
Would a retail chain be open to doing this for someone like me who only plans on working for them PRN once he is fully licensed?
am I making any sense?! Any help would be appreciated! 🙂
