Offer before official DAT scores received??

I'm retaking my DAT tomorrow and I had instructions from my 1st choice school to immediately fax my results in. Is it possible that they could give me an offer before the official scores are received from ADA? Wish me luck tomorrow!!

Definitely.

For some schools, the official scores are a formality. What is the likelihood of someone falsifying DAT scores by fax only to be thwarted when the official scores come in a few weeks later? I doubt anyone would even bother, and that is why I believe your faxed DAT scores, especially when requested, are as good as gold.

VCU sent me an interview invite before they recieved my official retake scores... so I could definitely see an acceptance being a possibility.
