I had gotten an e-mail from Dean Keiter checking in to see if I was planning on coming to Penn (not to pressure me, as he said, but they were trying to send out more acceptances before the April 15th deadline). He made it sound like he was sending all accepted-but-undecided applicants the same e-mail so I assumed that was the case. Out of curiosity, did anyone else get this? Anyway, I declined Penn by responding to said e-mail, but I had been planning on calling the office the next day anyway.
