Yes, Yale has been my top choice all along - especially after interviews, which allayed the few doubts I had about the Yale System. Here's to Yale, Class of 2016!

Congrats all! And I agree with Dodo - no fair that your finals are so early, solitude. I don't graduate until the 19th of May.

I would love to go to second look, but I have a program fundraising dinner that I can't miss that Thursday night in NYC. I think the school did a pretty good job of convincing me on first look though...

Pennquaker - I also didn't get the Yale email yesterday. It could be a waitlist though. Someone on the MD boards said they received a waitlist letter in the mail. Personally, I think I'll be rejected and here's why. I think Yale wants to reject me as many times as possible just to drive home the point that I'm not good enough for them. So far, I've received an MSTP rejection and a PhD rejection. Now all I need is that MD rejection and everything will be complete. Too bad they don't know that it's a mutual hatred relationship. New Haven - yikes! I definitely need a bigger city if I'm going to have to carry mace around with me all the time.

Heh I think you may be right. Yale rejected me undergrad (though I think that was probably the best thing that could have happened to me in hindsight!) and now they're preparing to laugh at me once more. Ah well, it's a good school but I'd never go there over Columbia (so I guess it's a moot point anyhow) or, *fingers crossed*, Penn. We'll see what happens though!

I will be there wednesday 4/2 to sunday 4/6. They are paying for the plane ticket and three nights of my hotel. I'm staying a bit longer than most people would but that's because UCLA was my first trip and I was there for less than 2 days which was way too short to make a decision.
