AMAZING stats. Unless you don't interview well, I would assume you will get into Iowa, but are you aware that the rest of your schools are really not OOS friendly?

UOP is reasonably OOS friendly and the others do let some students in. If anyone has a shot at getting in it would be this person just based off of their stats. Besides, this person is from Iowa so I'm guessing they'd be happy with Iowa anyways.

Hey guys! I know there are a lot of people out there who have had transcripts MIA for 18-20 days, but did AADSAS ever tell you outright the transcripts were lost?

I just got off the phone with AADSAS, and they said that the transcripts I sent on 6/12/15 most probably "didn't make it". :eek: Oh well, I had a funny feeling about it and overnighted another copy last week... so at least there's that!

one of my transcripts was sent out on 6/10 but was received on 6/23 and showed up on portal on 6/29 so find out when your transcript could've been delivered to AADSAS then add a week and half to that so if it's been longer than that then resend otherwise wait. People that sent out transcript in the first week got their transcript posted quickly but for those that sent later it's taking a lot longer now.

Every school is different, but most schools will send out their supplemental after your GPA is verified and your application is submitted, and AADSAS mails out your application and the schools receive it and review it. But like I said, every school is different with this process.

Oh, I know when this transcript was delivered (6/17). So, it's beyond the 7-10 business days they say. Mostly, I'm just curious if anyone has had AADSAS flat out say the transcripts are lost. haha. I'm still holding out hope they're not lost and will pop up! (But I already did send out a second copy to be safe)

They sent me an email showing what was outstanding on my application. The only thing left was the 75$ app fee which I paid. I don't believe they have a secondary app.

Just wanted to see how it compares to others. Interesting how close some
of these stats are and people are getting rejections.
When I applied email or portals werent used and schools didn't get apps until mid July.

No, but I received lots of emails that morning saying my application was received. I don't think its worth it to look too much into this, as it will probably be sorted out on Monday.

Yes, you have a chance at plenty of places. But your DAT is below the average of all but 2 of the schools you're applying to (BU & Tufts). Your GPA is below average at Harvard. I'd say based on your stats and the OOS acceptances rates: Harvard, Columbia, and UNC are all going to be reaches. You might want to add a few more schools for safety.

They haven't even cashed my check yet.. I sent mine in 6/22 I think.
