They don't send interview invites until September they do one big batch. Non-residents interview in October and Residents in November.

Yes, you did miss the second batch. Your gpa needs to be verified before it gets "mailed" out. Due to the high amount of applications they are receiving now, the gpa verification is probably taking longer. They tell you generally 4-6 weeks for them to process it. Since your last transcript was received on the 1st of July, your gpa should be verified within the next 2 weeks.

Thanks for the reply! Since my first post, I actually received the GPA calculation notification. They said the application will be mailed out within 2 weeks from today, as well.

You may not get an interview till February, there is not set time frame once it gets sent to schools.

That is SO soon for Tennessee invites! You must be SO excited. It really puts in perspective how early in the invite sessions you are - I've never heard of them in July for Tennessee to give interviews. Or for them giving invited mere days in advance.
