Been seeing this for the last few years so I thought I'd make one for this cycle. Feel free to share which schools you applied to and where you are getting Interview Invites from, etc. Good luck to everyone applying this cycle!!

LM 69 2 MD and 2 DO interviews. I’m about to go on my first MD interview this coming week and quite nervous as it’s my first MMI.

I’m starting to get a little concerned for interviews as I haven’t heard back from any school since the first week of September (complete in August). Anyone in a similar situation??

Feeling a little less confident than I felt October 14th, but still chugging along and hoping for good news!
LM 68, and WARS around the same. MD: 31 primaries, 30 secondaries, 8 interview invites, 2 attended.

2 waitlists from my attended interviews so far. I consider myself a pretty ok-good interviewer, so I'm either not as good of an interviewer as I thought OR my stats were low enough to keep me on just too low a step, according to LizzyM's staircase analogy. Either way, just trying to improve for my upcoming interviews and hope for good. Honestly, never expected more than 0-2 interviews anyways, so I am still very grateful.

LM 67... 3 MD II (of 9 schools), 1 DO II (of 5)... 1 MD & 1 DO acceptance. Attending an MD interview next week. Withdrew DO applications.

Went into the cycle thinking my chances of 1 MD II were probably about 50/50 and have been shocked and humbled. Feels like it’s so much less about numbers than I thought.

LM 69, only applied to 7 schools (all MD) and hoped for the best

Currently at 4 attended interviews with 1 acceptance!

Couldn't believe it- I think Texas really looks at applications holistically. Best of luck to all my fellow mid-stat brethren out there, you got this.

Yo that's super impressive! I don't think I've seen anyone with that ratio of secondaries to interview invites

Getting nervous for my first MD interview as a LizzyM 67 applicant. Just keep telling myself that I already crossed the academic hurdle by getting the interview and now all I have to do is present my social skills! (Feel free to give words of encouragement because I could use it)

Be yourself, relax by talking to the other interviewees, and enjoy the day. I was nervous af before my first one (freaking MMI smh), but it was a lot less stressful than I thought. You got this! :)

23 secondaries
invited to and attended 6 interviews
rejected post-II from top choice :/
placed on 3 WLs and UC @ Albany
hearing from the last school I interviewed at in about 2 weeks

trying to stay positive but would really love at least just 1 A to hold down my nerves about all these WLs
