I'm faculty posting about the program because it's that new. It was just approved by ACGME last week. Located in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. Faculty are diverse trained in General Internal Medicine, Neurology, Child Neurology, Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine and Psychiatry. Our center offers unique opportunity to see a mix of both rural and urban populations, opportunities to participate in faculty research or develop original research under faculty guidance and also learn about the business and management in sleep medicine. We are looking for 2 fellows for 2022 year. We are now posted on ERAS.

Has anyone interviewed at Baylor or University of Oklahoma? I have conflicting interviews this Friday and need to cancel one but not sure which one.

What did you end up doing? What did you end up thinking?

Sorry I haven't been checking the thread in a while. Is it too late to answer?

Do you communicate with your top choice programs on your continued interest after the interview? I want to email a couple programs to let them know about my interest but I am not sure what is acceptable vs illegal. What do you guys think?

This is unnecessary in my opinion. Anything you tell them (as far as where you plan to rank them) is not viewed with any reliability and no decision is made based off that information.

I have not interviewed there. And I know I’m late but programs like Penn have codes for Peds, ENT SURGERY, Psych and General ADULT Sleep and a total of 7 spots. So hopefully you were able to figure out which one suited you best. Good luck

Happy March day!!!! I’m going to Emory

I plan to apply for the next cycle. Were interviews mostly in August or September?
From my experience, the offers/availability seemed fairly evenly spread out over the last two weeks of August, entire September, entire October. Last one was first week of November.

For some reason I also felt a decent chunk of my interview days were primarily offered for Fridays so make sure you got some available

My first interview of 13 was on 1SEP and my final interview was 29OCT and all the others were Tue wed thurs and Friday. For me most were wed and Thursday

Was the virtual interview a whole day event like how in-person interview would be or is it more of a half day in the morning?
