I
Submitted my application early but for some dang reason didn’t see where to pay and I just thought about and did it this week! I hope it doesn’t set me back!
 
Hey Everyone, it's been a while since I used SDN. Applying for sleep medicine fellowship as well. Currently an IM resident. Are they just slow in their invites?

At least 5 sent out the invitations from the above list. This year the cycle is changed so it’s hard to know it’s early or not.

Thanks pulguy! Right, this cycle is the first time Sleep is joining the medicine match. Sleep was earlier before so I assumed they would be sending out invites sooner. I know some places have coordinators that management multiple different fellowships so I wonder if they prioritize other fields before sleep like pulm/crit care for example.

I think applications were only submitted like 2 weeks ago. I imagine that many programs are still reviewing applications, particularly the most competitive programs that get lots of applicants and only have a few spots.
 
Last interview was University of Michigan earlier this week. Only others, I have to add is University of Utah and University of Washington

Has anyone received any rejections letters or do they not plan on sending those out? Thanks!

Do y’all know if programs send out IV all at once or do they send it waves. Example If someone has already got an iv at unc chapel hill and one didn’t does that mean they probably won’t get an iv

You can imply if you don’t get but someone else gets, it’s rejected but not 100%. Some programs sent out multiple rounds.
