This is more of a school-by-school thing.
AA>RC>=BIO>TS>Genchem=Ochem>PAT>>QR
RC is highly regarded because it has the strongest correlation with dental school performance. RC, to a certain extent, is a skill that you either have or not that's pivotal for survival in dental school (a lot of materials to go through in a short amount of time). All the other sections are relatively easier and easier to improve on (I believe anyone can score 25+ on the sciences if they put their heart into it)
The most important thing is the GPA.!!!
If you have a crappy GPA, most schools won't even bother looking at your scores. That's what I heard from my adviser.
