Does anyone know when Michigan, UNC, Marquette or LLU start sending out invites? p.s. Congratulations to all those who have received interviews at both Kentucky and UL, I'm extremely jealous!

Got this email today from Tennessee :

The University of Tennessee College of Dentistry has received your AADSAS application. We appreciate your interest in our college. We anticipate interviewing applicants through the month of March 2012. An interview is mandatory before acceptance. Please read the below carefully.

During any admissions cycle, a candidate will hear from us a maximum of two times:
1. Invitation letter for an interview
2. Letter of acceptance / non-acceptance

It is normal for months to pass without any communication. Please do not contact us asking for a "status check" on your application. Every applicant is a candidate for acceptance until we have told them officially, in writing, that they are not.
 
Pitt interview (via email). This past Saturday. Forgot to update this thread.
 
Golfguy is not being rude/arrogant---he's just pointing out how a site like predents.com is only an accurate resource if those who used it also contributed. I also have a predents profile but I removed the link on my posts because I'm sick of trolls and lurkers.

I also got that email a few days ago. As far as I know, they haven't started offering interviews yet... hopefully soon!

Marquette said they would start sending out interview invites in mid-September. That's all I got. G'luck! and congrats!

I got the "The University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine has completed preliminary processing of your application for admission to the Fall 2012 incoming class." email on 8/9. They said that it would take 3-4 weeks, but its only been about 2 weeks. Good Luck!

3.64 ogpa, 3.5sgpa. 18/19/17. Submitted aadsas 6/26. verified 7/15. Hang in there everyone! Have about 500hrs of shadowing, including the chief of OMS at a major hospital in Atl.

still didnt get an interview but, got an email today that they are ready for review because they finally got my DAT score. (mailing date was 7/29), and Dat mailing date was 8/12... so now just waiting

mah boi choiboi!!! just racking up those interviews i see...i told you you would get some...im though a bit jealous...you got 4 interviews while i have 2 lol all because of one stupid point on RC ....jk man congrats 😀

I got an interview deferral from iowa too...the wording "should active consideration of your file resume" makes me think that it will probably lead to a future rejection, but maybe they're just seeing what else is out there before giving out all of their interviews?
