Three choices eh? Which one are you going to pick? You had a Tufts acceptance too right? Let me know which school you end up attending (hopefully Roesman so we can be classmates!)
Yes, Tufts also but I've decided to withdraw from there - I pm'd you back on that. I'm leaning towards Roseman so I'll probably see you in August!

easy way to make money. it sucks, but at the end of the day, schools want $$.

Oh dental school individuals just want extra funding for the "tiresome" work of weeding through applicants for which they already get paid to do. Daunting task, right? All the money must go towards the tasty snacks provided during interviews.......

but i know that feeling. i never got anything from Harvard, other than he "Application complete" email, which is pretty screwed up, considering I was pretty damn close to their averages. so, i've learned that it really doesn't matter where you interview or get accepted to, because the kid who gets into Columbia with a 20 still doesn't have **** on the kid with a 25 who went to his/her state school. [done.ranting]
That's the first I've heard about Lecom sending a rejection letter. Did you interview?
I think your DAT could be improved. If you could improve your DAT up to around 20, then you should def. able to land some interviews, especially with that dental-related experiences. Good luck!
I agree with Kentuckylover. minimee, you may want to look into retaking the DAT. I think that will open up some options. Best of luck

If I retake, it would be my fourth attempt!
Well, I have heard of someone wanting a fourth attempt on the DAT, but I believe it's pretty rare to take it more than three times. I believe you have to get some kind of special permission to take it more than three times. I would look into it, though.
No, it's not that hard to take it 3 or more times. I knew a girl who took it 4 times, all she needed was a rejection letter from a school.
UCLA rejection today via snail mail. Wah-wah.
UT Houston denial by email. So bummed because it was a brand new school. 🙁
