Dang, I haven't even received my secondary from Temple yet! Those who got invites from Temple, when did you submit your AADSAS application? Under the School Decision section of My Application Status, my school decision date was 08/05/2011. Do you think I should contact them and check on my status or just be patient?

I mean, that's when I got the email from CWRU that my application was complete and under review. Technically my mail-out date was Aug 19 but I only had one LOE. Two more LOEs were sent on the 26th and my last one (dentist) is being mailed this week (Sep 2).

So I'm complete for some schools, not for others, and I've only recently (yesterday and today) been receiving application complete emails. I'm really quite surprised that I got an interview so quickly.

[Edit] By the way, Case informs me there are still spots for December interviews (1st and 16th). I wasn't able to snag a pre-Dec interview, though. Just a heads up for people who are hoping to interview before the holidays.

quick question for those who applied to case western, did you ever get an app complete email? the last thing I got from case was an app receive email then week or so later a brochure via snail mail. Since then nothing.

How on earth is that you FIRST interview?!? I'm sure many more will come with insane DAT scores like that. Congratulations...that you had to wait makes me feel a bit better about not having lots of interviews coming my way.

So I got an email on July 7 saying: "Thank you for applying to CWRU School of Dental Medicine. This letter acknowledges our receipt of your AADSAS application." It also asked for their $45 dollar application fee which I sent. I also got the packet thing in the mail, but nothing about the receipt of the fee. Did anyone get a different email than the one above?

Also, did anyone else get the email from WesternU (Kelley Williford) about the preview day fall event? Is that even worth going to?

Temple was an email asking you to call within a week to schedule an interview. AADSAS portal still says: "The committee is currently reviewing your application. A final decision on your application will come no later than July."
 
Hey guys! Western U called me while I was in Orgo lab. Brianna left a voicemail to call her back, and she didn't answer when I called (almost 9pm!)

Do you think this is an interview invite? (I hope).

If so, when are you guys (who just received interviews from Western) getting scheduled for interviews? I want to get an estimate of what dates are available, and/or what day of the week they offer interviews.

I didn't get an application complete E-mail either. The last I got was a confirmation of the app fee I paid. However, my Case under AADSAS states "received/under review" so I am assuming it is complete. It is been like that since 7/27.
