no email from UNC for me, still not giving up hope even though i'm oos! anyone have adea official guide that can PM me the number of out of state applicants and number interviewed/accepted?

Last year it was 866 OOS applicants, 79 interviewed, and 15 accepted. I haven't received an invite for an interview yet either. My application was mailed on July 6th. (AA: 22 TS: 20 PAT: 21 RC: 26)

Did you send them your transcript prior to receiving an invite? They say that non citizens/residents need to send transcripts prior to acceptance...but I am wondering if its prior to interview as well since I haven't heard anything since submitting my secondary.

I am starting to think they pick a bunch of us that they want to interview in the beginning, and put as in a box, and a computer is pre programmed to spit out emails to those selected in a staggered way. I mean, who works on a saturday in NYU?

I got the email ont he 17th, not the 18th. My mistake. I called NYU two weeks after everybody started receiving their invites and they told me they havent even sorted through all the applications yet. I am not sure what to think.
