no more love after initial 2 invites.
I am a little befuddled that lower tier schools have not invited while mid-tier schools have invited me.
Hopefully I will get some more love soon.

Just received a deferral email from them today, unfortunately. That makes two interviews and two deferrals for me. Does anyone know what the chances of getting an interview are after being deferred?

Shadowing abroad does count. But, the minimum shadowing hours recommended or required by schools should be in the US.

I just got a deferral as well......anyone with experience applying at Buffalo know if thats a bad sign or should I look at it neutrally?

2 interview, 2 rejections, 3 "continued reviews" for me so far.

I did more 60 hours after submitting my application, is the any way to update or inform the schools after submitting my application?
 
Just received a rejection email from UCSF. My first rejection. Kind of bummed, but I'm glad to know and can hope for the best from remaining schools
 
When did they send you the email stating that your secondary was recieved and app is complete?

No not through AADSAS you can't. You can definitely email the schools or include it in your secondaries or something like that..

Your stats are above and beyonf what's needed to get interviews. Is it possible your letters of recommendation were bad or poorly written? Math professors aren't the most eloquent writers. Or you may not have applied to enough schools or the wrong ones. Also remember, it's still pretty early. I'm sure you will hear something soon. 🙂

Not at all. Many schools actually recommend that you bring reading materials for some possible short down-times. Do make sure that the schhol you're visiting doesn't have a lot of outside walking around before taking too many things with you that might weigh you down, if that could bother you.

I have been waiting patiently everyday since my first interview. We are on the same boat! Hopefully this boat isn't going to sink though.

If you're a green card holder, you're pretty much treated like you're a US citizen. And it's still somewhat early in the cycle, so I'd try not to worry too much about it.

Got a "continuing review" email from Buffalo during my interview yesterday at UNE... Better than a rejection right?? Maybe they're waiting for my organic retake grades (C- in both, repeated for B- in orgo 2 and A currently in orgo 1)

Damn you academic update period! Come sooner!

Congrats! Our stats are very similar so I'll keep hoping I get some good news this week
 
Uhh so I got a rejection letter from NOVA about a week ago..and I got this update from them on AADSAS:

"Please check back on December 1 for more information regarding your decision status with this school"

Any have a similar experience or know what this is all about? Am I still rejected?

I had two recommendation letters, one from committee and the other one from my research supervisor. I applied to 15 schools. I am 34 yeas old I hope I get one acceptance because I can not wait one more year.

No I am not like a US citizen, I emailed to some schools and they told me that we will consider you as an international like UCLA, Louisville,...

Both were snail mail. MOSDOH rejected me literally within days of the supp. being sent. So they must not have liked me.
 
This is probably a dumb overthinking it question. One of my interviews is a post Dec-1 one, Dec. 12 to be exact, I've been hoping one of the seats at a pre Dec 1 session opens up but no luck. However, a Dec 5th one opened today, would it be a good idea to switch to the one a week earlier or am I not going to get much benefit from a week earlier since it's still post Dec 1st?
 
Do you guys think it is better to go to an earlier interview date? oct 16 vs oct 24
 
Got an interview for MWU AZ. What is their invite process like? Do they just check you meet their requirements and then send interviews to everyone? I literally just submitted my supplemental Sunday night. It seems too quick...
