I know, I know - another lame list - but I was curious as to when the schools have their official interview seasons, so I gathered some info (list borrowed from the status page so some schools are missing). how did you get that info about harvard? for some reason i thought they started earlier then that...i think i thought that based on the application where they asked if there were any dates that you would be unavailable to interview.

im pretty sure they stop in the middle of february because they announce their decisions on march 5th or something. i just remember writing on the application when my fall finals week is so that i dont have any interviews that week. i wouldnt have put that if it said they didn't start interviewing until january, so im confused.

yeah I hope so!! Though, I'm not sure how much more stuff I can cram into september, interviews + social life + class +midterms= a little bit much 🙂

"Applicants selected for interviews will be notified by the first week in January. Offers of acceptance will be made from this group. All applicants will be notified of final decisions during the last week of February. Decision notification is done by mail only under no circumstances will decision information be released by telephone or electronic mail.:"

See - this takes some digging sometimes (hence the number of "?" on the list!)

That's what got me thinking about this - I wondered when some schools started interviewing & figured others might as well - interesting findings, eh?
 
Alright - a few "rules" - this list is for OFFICIAL Interview Season Info - not for when you had an interview if you were scheduled first - like I know AECOM has offered interviews, but they don't list it on their website (or I can't find it yet) - If it's not on the website, it shouldn't be on this list 🙂

congrats 👍 lots of people hitting 500/1000 these days with application season induced SDN obsession 🙂
 
I actually visited the University of Michigan medical school yesterday, and asked one of the admissions officers where I can get a pamphlet/brochure. Anyways, I got one, and it said the interviews are held every Friday, from September to March. Hope that helps.

well that says "by the first week in january" so it's possible that they will notify people before then. i just find it hard to believe that they wouldn't start until january--that just seems too late!

Yea some of these dates seem a little off. Sept 6th is very soon, yet not one person has reported an interview invite for some of these schools like Tufts.

Harvard can't start in October if they accept applications until November 15, since they have non-rolling admissions, right?
