Has anyone had their official mcat scores verified by aacomas? I did the "score release" to aacomas through amcas, but my scores haven't shown up yet on my submitted aacomas application. Its been about 5 days. Anyone else's just take awhile? Should I worry?

Mine showed up about 24 hours after the score request was completed at AAMC. Does your MCATThx show the request as "Complete"?

I had a problem with that last year. Make sure AACOMAS has your SS #. They recieved my score but would not attach it without it.

I am currently retaking the MCAT on July 24 and need some help regarding MCAT sent to AACOMAS.

I have already submitted my application and my transcripts and GPA are verified.

I have already taken the mcat last year and did horrible because I was very ill on mcat day. If I am apply for 2008 cycle is it better to wait and send my MCAT score after taking it in July or should I sent my old mcat score first and than send my newer score afterwards.

I am asking because I got an 18N and probably think admisssion will not even look at my app if they see a low mcat score and send me a rejection or put it to a lower mcat pile.

I would definitely not send in an application with an 18 mcat. Retake the test, wait for your results, and then apply even if it means being a little later in the app cycle.

Does aamcas automatically send my mcat scores to AACOMAS ?
Or I have to do it manually?

If it does it auto than is there way to stop it?
