For many schools, the spreadsheet in AACP or the prereqs listed by PharmCAS have differences with the prereqs listed on the official school site. Should I just follow the ones on the school site?

I would definitely take the schools' info as the real requirements but if you are in doubt just call them up and ask them.

Always contact the school directly. They can change requirements whenever they wish...furthermore, sometimes they will count a class for a requirement if they are given the syllabus. Get everything in writing if possible!
